The Nourishing Benefits of Bladderwrack And Sea Moss
Seaweeds like bladderwrack are algae known as sea moss (or Irish Sea Moss), and they have many nourishing health benefits for both men and women.
Mineral Density- sea moss contains up to 90% of the minerals and nutrients essential for maintaining optimal health. Minerals are the building blocks for your enzymes and hormones, which trigger biochemical reactions in our bodies that keep our bones, muscles, hearts, and brains working and feeling their best.
Sea Moss Benefits For Skin- chock full of bioavailable magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin K, and omega-3 fatty acids. Taking sea moss for skin has many benefits. It can minimize the signs of aging due to dryness and can also reduce inflammatory skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Its antibacterial properties also help to reduce acne and oily skin.
Metabolism Booster- sea moss contains citrulline-arginine, a compound that studies have found can help to stimulate your metabolism. In addition, sea moss contains high levels of prebiotics. It is high in fiber which together can help to soothe inflamed tissues within the intestinal tract and promote natural weight loss.
